This is me in an Osaka convenience store (known as 'combini' in Japan, since the Japanese have trouble with the letter 'v', plus they like to shorten things). At least half the food I ate in Japan was from combinis. [Thanks to my friend Aaron who told me about this!] Japanese convenience stores are nothing like Aussie or American ones because they have good and fresh food at cheap prices, they have beer, and they have comics and video games and boxes of Anime figurines. None of this has anything to do with Blackguard. Is this a problem? I tend to commit faux pas everywhere I go so please comment if this is another one.
